Ray brings over seven years of healthcare experience to Integral Group, including medical office buildings and hospital projects, and understands the unique operating conditions and code requirements of these facilities. His experience is further enhanced by extensive involvement with projects submitted to OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development).
Ray has worked on a wide array of projects including healthcare, educational, multi-residential, industrial and commercial facilities. He is experienced in designing power distribution systems, lighting, lighting controls, daylighting controls, telephone systems, data distribution networks, CATV distribution networks, nurse-call systems, fire alarm systems, and security camera systems. He is well versed in coordination issues between the architectural, structural, mechanical and construction disciplines. This enhanced coordination has been exceedingly important when delivering a project to a client on time and within budget.
