Julia Drachman
Julia is a designer and artist. Her widespread interests find their intersection in the field of cutting-edge, sustainable design and architecture. Growing up in Seattle, Julia developed a deep respect for the natural world and a sense of personal responsibility for its stewardship. She received her BA at Wesleyan University, studying Architecture through the Studio Art and Art History programs. Since graduating, she has lived in Seattle and Portland and worked in model-building, fabrication, and design/build. Through her explorations in art and hands-on construction, she continues to question how our experience of space can change our perceptions of it. She is a firm believer in the power of design to improve quality of life.
