Alex Krickx, LEED AP ND

Project Engineer

Alex serves as a Project Engineer at Integral Group on the Energy Modeling and Analysis team. He has extensive experience as an Energy Specialist, working on residential housing developments to large commercial buildings.

Alex is committed to energy efficiency at a macroscopic scale, which inspired his LEED Neighborhood Development certification. He believes evaluating systems larger than single buildings can lead to energy savings, otherwise unattainable.

Alex is passionate about energy modeling for high-performance facades and has served as a guest presenter to various engineering firms, as well as online forums.  Alex is interested in designing passive perimeter spaces. These areas are able to provide natural ventilation and daylight, but also at risk for glare and thermal discomfort.
